Baby Robins

Anticipation! Baby Robins Waiting to Be Fed!

May 4, 2015May 4, 2015 ~ illbtru ~ Leave a comment

This morning I saw Mama Robin with worms in her beak. She would not go near the nest until I left. When I took the picture, they appeared to be eagerly anticipating their next meal.

The baby robins have almost doubled again in size. Their eyes are now opened and look at those feathers! All four (4) seem to be thriving!

Those Baby Robins Are Really Growing!!

April 28, 2015April 28, 2015 ~ illbtru ~ Leave a comment

Mama robin is really busy! In just two days the baby robins have doubled in size and they are putting on feathers. We have feral cats around our domain. Mama robin has to make sure her babies are well fed and remain quiet.
